Terms of Service
Agreement and provider
These terms govern use of FirmSimplified and services provided by Brady Christensen. By using the site or purchasing a service after these terms become effective, you agree to them and represent that you can bind the firm or organization you identify.
Service boundary
FirmSimplified evaluates and helps automate repetitive law-firm operations. We do not provide legal advice, make conflict determinations, replace professional judgment, or guarantee that a workflow can or should be automated. Your firm remains responsible for legal decisions, professional duties, the accuracy of submitted information, and review of deliverables before acting on them.
Detailed Automation Audit
The Detailed Automation Audit is a one-time $99 USD service. Its deliverable is a written evaluation based on the information made available for the selected workflow. It may identify assumptions, missing evidence, access constraints, exceptions, and questions that require further discovery. Purchase of an audit does not include an implementation, guarantee a result, or promise integration with any named system.
Payment and billing identity
Stripe processes payment through hosted checkout. The charge is billed once in USD and your card statement will show CUSTCODE* FIRMSIMPL. We do not collect sales tax on the initial offer. You remain responsible for taxes or obligations that may apply to you. We may correct a pricing or configuration error before accepting payment.
Refunds and access
A full refund is available until audit work begins. After work begins, refunds are discretionary based on work completed. A partial refund does not remove access to the audit. A full refund or a payment dispute resolved against FirmSimplified revokes access.
Acceptable use and confidentiality
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, submit unlawful material, or upload client names, matter facts, conflict subjects, privileged files, credentials, or other case-level confidential information through the public assessment. Any later exchange of approved project information must use the process and safeguards agreed for that work.
Disclaimers and liability
Except for commitments expressly stated in an applicable written agreement, services are provided as available and without implied guarantees of a particular business, legal, or automation outcome.
